ROE Connections (After School Program)

Overview

ROE Connections After School program offers a variety of flexible care options:

Program Type	Hours	Description
Extended Day	3:15 PM to 6:00 PM	Full Time / Full Time Extended Day / Occassional Extended Day
Half Time	3:15 PM to 4:45 PM	Half Time / Half Time Extended Day
Early Dismissal	12:45 PM to 6:00 PM	Early Dismissal Extended Day on early dismissal days, such as Wednesdays

 

In addition to Extended Day, we offer a wide variety of enrichment classes. Tuition and fees vary, depending on the type of class. Classes are generally grouped by age and/or skill level and limited to a certain number of students. Teachers who offer these classes are ROE faculty, ROE parents, or professionals in the related field.

Homework Workshop is offered to students enrolled in Full Time/Full Time Mini Extended Day or Half Time/Half Time Mini Extended Day. A 10% discount is given on the Full Time/Full Time Mini Extended Day or Half Time/Half Time Mini Extended Day when two or more children from the same family are enrolled. There is no discount on Occasional Day care units, Early Dismissal, or Enrichment Classes.  Homework class can also be purchased separately.  See Registration Packet (downloadable below) for details.

Class and Circle Drive Pickup Times

Circle Drive (Kirby) Pickup times are as follows:

Monday-Friday:

• 4:30-4:50 PM for Students enrolled in Half-Time and/or 1st hour Enrichment Class
• 5:30-6:00 PM  for studentsenrolled in Full-Time and/or 2nd hour Enrichment Class

Wednesday only:  ROE Connections uses the Back Circle Drive off of San Felipe

• 3:15 PM Pickup for Early Dismissal only

If you wish to pickup your child at times not listed, you must park your vehicle in one of the spaces in the Front Circle Drive, or in a parking permitted area along a side street.  Once you enter the buidling, you must check in with the ROE Connections Staff at the front desk to sign out your child.

The times for Enrichment Classes are as follows:

• 1st Hour Classes: 3:30 – 4:30
• 2nd Hour Classes: 4:35-5:35
• Private Lessons: 3:30 – 4:00; 4:05-4:35; 4:40-5:10; 5:15-5:45
